Yes sir. I see em most around all the little towns between Wichita Falls and Amarillo.
I didn't realize their popularity extended past Wichita Falls, but it makes sense. I lived for a long time outside of Henrietta, and traveled between there and Ft.Worth a good deal, and I became "friends" with several DPS Troopers.
