No Russ, I'm mainly QRT. Haven't been active for years but license still active. I was EC for the Arl.Am.Radio Club for 3 years back in the late 80's, and coordinated the FD thing. Loved it. Emergency comm was my thing serving with the Red Cross DAT, Tarrant county RACES, and the Arl. OEM as district coordinator for the Disaster Reservists. Madder of fact, I applied to Arl. as a 911 call taker 2 wks ago. No response back yet.....still doing b.g. check I hope.

When I turn on the talkie, I hang out on .94 or .14 AARC machine on 2 meters.
