Sooooo....what seems to be a good deal on the surface(for the tiny town of Trophy Club), may not be, all said and done. Seems to be a bare bones class, with no frills or amenities.
But you have to admit, it certainly is precedent setting, albeit not really enticing. I think I'd rather take it from a private entity rather than a government sponsored and sanctioned organization.
