Re: Protests - the next level?
Officer, I would like to answer all of your questions. I really would. However, I will have to talk to a lawyer first.

Re: Protests - the next level?
Is this the next next level? It's gonna get messy out there. We got the Taylor thing, the Ginsburg thing, and all the other things were already going on out there. I can't even imagine what it will be like when Trump wins again.

I thought the whole going for a knife thing had been debunked. He already had it and dropped it when shot.crazy2medic wrote: ↑Sun Sep 20, 2020 6:22 pmAlso not noted in the story is the fact the police had tased him I believe twice because he was resisting arrest, attempting to reach a knife in his car and that is when the officers shot him!philip964 wrote: ↑Sun Sep 20, 2020 2:09 pm https://nypost.com/2020/09/18/arizona-s ... ake-tweet/

It is cultural appropriation for a European to own a dog.
1. That the stupidest thing I have ever read, and I got through only the first couple paragraphs. I’m sure it got stupider, but I could stand it no longer.
2. Why not let the dogs decide? I know what answer my beagle would give.

Later, Rittenhouse defended parked cars being smashed by rioters. He was told to leave the area by police, and was then chased into a parking lot several blocks away when an unknown gunman fired a shot into the air.

Re: Protests - the next level?
From one of the tweets further down there was something similar to this. Am I a horrible person for laughing at this. The Annoyed Man wrote: ↑Sun May 31, 2020 9:11 am Running over members of a mob who are trying to drag you out of the car isn’t "not trying". Granted, you may have to fire through your window at the individual grabbing at you, in the process of evading the situation, but getting the heck OUT of there if at all possible is the preferred outcome, and 2-legged speedbumps who are trying to kill you deserve no consideration.
Could Reginald Denny have shot his way out of what happened to him, had he had a gun? I seriously doubt it. Last night, a FedEx driver, caught in a similar situation, stayed in his truck and bugged out. An attacker was dragged and killed. Good riddance. A video of it can be seen here: https://twitter.com/cassandrarules/sta ... 82656?s=21. I didn’t embed the tweet because there’s some forbidden language in the video....but see for yourselves.
I’m seeing other truck drivers on twitter saying that if a mob tries to stop them, they’ll "FedEx 'em".
I have car insurance and a lawyer. But even if my insurance won’t pay for a new bumper, I’d rather try to drive my way out of a mob than have to shoot my way out. Shooting my way out would be the last resort, when I’m surrounded by the steel body of my SUV and still have the option of 4-wheelin' over some attackers.
Now, if I’m trapped on foot and have no other alternative, then I’ll do what I have to do. But I’d hope to be able to react with my vehicle and stay inside of it before being reduced to a last stand at the Alamo.
