Of all the disturbing things coming out of Cali I decided to follow-up with this one. Officer seriously wounds man beating him with vodka bottle that fractured his scull.
Grand jury indicts officer for deadly assault.
Man who was breaking into homes and police cars and beating the officer has not been charged.
The victim in this police assault was in a
“crisis state due to a pre-existing behavioral health condition"
Thus the situation was not handled correctly by summoning a mental crisis team.
The DA won the election by promising to do this sort of thing.
Good news victim had to have leg amputated, no doubt San Fransisco taxpayers will pay a hefty settlement to this amputee.
