We all had some pretty quick replies that were all pretty much the same.

That will be true unless the university has flat out made the arena off limits. I think from what I've read on a few of these policies that folks have put up here that they have all done just that. I was hoping that I would be able to also do this very thing if OC had passed in 2011 or 2013 because I had several nieces and nephews graduating high school and all of their ceremonies' were at college arenas. However, since the universities have been allowed to decide that some places may still remain off limits it was moot since most all of them placed their arenas off limits sporting event or not.
