SCOTUS had an odd day yesterday. They also struck down Maryland's double tax law, but then refused to hear a case resulting in a lower court ruling that said the American Flag was disruptive and that schools could ban them from being worn. The Maryland situation will cause Maryland to lose over $100M/year and could cause similar problems for other states with similar laws.
