Doesn't say "federal' government.
Woohoo, street sweeper here I come. Or maybe even trash collector. Those guys might need it more than a street sweeper.

So, if I get a job with the FDA I can legally possess body armor? And I don't have to work for one of the law enforcement agencies?

What's the best upper body armor on the market? Is this stuff uncomfortable like the military stuff? Will a braced AR15 still fit snugly in the shoulder?
Depends on whether or not people will believe you when you tell them you've bulked up because you started working out more. :biggrinjester:

I wonder what in the world they think is responsible abut that proposal. It sounds more like an elitist attitude to me.
