She thinks the law is too broad in the discretion it gives officers to decide when the use of deadly force is needed. She even says she doesn't know what it means.

I would contend the she hasn't been in a situation that would warrant it yet because she doesn't know. It's like one judge said about pornography, I can't define it, but I know it when I see it. Roughly speaking, of course.

If you're in a situation where deadly force is allowed or needed, I'm betting you'll know it at the time.
