Re: Question about Winchester safe at Academy (UPDATE)

Something like this ...

is much easier than a dolly of just about any configuration. However, it also helps if the safe is already on a pallet or you can get one to put in on for moving. Seems many folks that have bought a safe and had only one guy bring it in was using one of these. They also brought the safe on a truck or trailer with a lift on the back that they could roll this right off onto the driveway.

I like this! The problem is if I save up enough for a safe, it might go for one or two guns instead!!
Can you imagine the look on some thief's face when he finally breaks open one safe only to find one gun in it? Then if he finds the other safe and finally gets it open only to find one more gun? And then finds the police waiting for him outside after setting of the silent alarm on the first safe? "rlol"

Re: Question about Winchester safe at Academy

Shopping for a gun safe, in my opinion, is a lot like shopping for your first AR. There are so many brands and options and the quality and price range is huge. However, when you break it down it still ends up being a personal preference to satisfy your needs. Good luck on your quest.
