Can a business do that here in Texas? I seem to remember one business doing that with an ON-duty and uniformed officer and another one doing it with a few ON-duty plain clothes officers and they had to leave. Neither of those in Texas, BTW.

It will be interesting to see how that lawsuit turns out, because that's the same argument that just about anyone makes over being restricted from carrying in certain places. That shoe doesn't feel so good when it's on the other foot, does it?
