The way those folks have handled this situation up there, I wouldn't put it past them to sucker them in so they could call the police on them. The problem is that this is not the first time this type of thing has been an issue and they still don't care. It's like a venus fly trap. They know it's a trap and they'll just keep resetting it as many times as they can until someone wins a judgment against them in court.
