It's likely the Senate will approve the bills, but maybe CO will get lucky and some of them won't pass. Will we be expecting Magpul to flee if the mag-limit bill fails to become law? Will we expect Magpul to flee before the courts have their say?
I would not expect them to move prior to anything actually being signed, but a few publicized meetings with some governors might let them know theirs is not an idle threat. If they move before or announce the move before the law is signed there won't be any reason for CO to not go ahead and sign it anyway.
