Re: Cinemark "no guns allowed"
Even if the text were correct, as it was the last time I saw one of those at an AMC theater, I'm more concerned with the size. The one's I have seen at AMC theaters before I stopped going to them was woefully insufficient. They were typed up on 8.5x11 inch pieces of paper.

Re: Cinemark "no guns allowed"
That's simple. The theater is paying for the LEO to be there. The school/ISD doesn't want to or can't afford to do the same. Or the PD doesn't want to or can't afford to put an officer in all the schools within their jurisdiction.GhostTX wrote:Legacy Cinemark has had a cop there for a while. Funny...cop in movie theaters where kids go is ok, but put one in a school...yeegads!

Re: Cinemark "no guns allowed"
I have seen those signs in every Cinemark theater I've been in. They are not posted on the doors, that I've seen, but rather on these little plastic stands inside the ticket booths that also have something about no-smoking and one other thing I cannot remember. I've seen them for more than the 10+ years I've had my CHL.
