They do not and please don't give them a clue. That is a very old sign here in Texas and is irrelevant now.
However, if they sell alcohol for off premises consumption (which many c-stores do) I believe TABC rules require the modern version of that sign (aka the felony warning sign.)
You're talking about the standard "Unlicensed Possession" sign, right? I don't have any problem with that, but why say anything to them? Once informed of their ingorance they may do a little research and post a valid 30.06 sign. There's nothing to prevent them doing this.
