Turn signals aren't required. Hand signals must be used instead, but given the number of people that don't use their turn lights I don't know how strict an officer would be on the lack of hand signals. yes but street legal dirtbikes have head lights,turn signals, horn. i dont think their is anyway to make an atv street legal.
