Does anyone know if once the DPS website status says "Application Completed - license issued or certificate active" does it change to anything else once license is mailed?

She didn't mention the printer? I hope this is not just another DPS delay tactic...
All she said was just issued today but my online status has not changed yet, I think the system updates overnight.
I will know in the morning for sure.

I just got off the phone with DPS and the lady said my license was issued today, she said I should have it in 7 to 10 days.

Yes it depends on who you get when calling, the lady I’ve talked with seems nice and told me all they were waiting on was Harris County BC.
