You're only seeing the Nighttime Activities. Myself, and Lots of other people hit them up for lunch or early afternoon food. I can tell you, that the lunchtime rush, in which the place is pretty packed, has _very little_ alcohol drinking involved, since most people are going back to work. I don't go there to drink, or have the bar-like atmosphere, so I go earlier before that all starts.
