Revise the 30.06 Language to include that verbiage in section (e) be required on every valid sign:
It does 3 things."It is an exception to the application of this section that the property on which the license holder carries a handgun is owned or leased by a governmental entity and is not a premises or other place on which the license holder is prohibited from carrying the handgun under Section 46.03 or 46.035"
1) Requires everyone who posts 30.06 signs to have to get a new one to be compliant
2) Makes the sign even larger and harder to post, err I mean miss
3) Spells out, Right there, in plain English, that it does not apply on government property to any un-knowledgeable librarians, tax workers, security guards, LEOs at a gun show, etc
