My statement did not specifically refer to Baylor (my unclear statement) I was referring to the "generic" school. University of Houston had a policy of no guns for students. Is this just a incorrect statement or did miss something. CHL car carry on campus has been legal for as long as I can remember. It is school policy that denies students right to have a gun in the car.
