The other advantage is that my wife feels comfortable shooting it too so she would have no doubts about using it if she needed to. I did see a really pretty 1911 Colt the other day but there was significant price difference and the gun was a lot heavier in the hand....pretty gun though. I may get it anyway at some point but I doubt it would be a carry weapong for me.
