I was basically wondering why the bank did not contact you about the fraud when it happened. My back will do that - I have alerts set, so if there is even a pending charge of more than $ 0.01 I get an alert.

If the bank blocked it and flagged the transaction as fraud in January, why are you just learning about it in February and after calling them?
