Yes there is contridiction in the law. I spoke with a friend in the Shreveport area that said his Leo buddies wouldn't issue a ticket or arrest any one carrying in a resteraunt.
NO area might have a differant take. If you carry you do take some risk,
weigh the scale and choose for yourself.
