Now, in Texas, in order to keep your PE license, you have to be fingerprinted and go through a separate background check. Other checks, like for CHL, don't count. We're all criminals now, or soon will be.mojo84 wrote:Here's an interesting and scary take on what's going on.

You can get all the graphic aids in the world to show but unless the world is watching it won't matter and since it seems the left holds the hands of the media, nobody is going to see them. What is most surprising is there is not any political violence....yet.mamabearCali wrote:You know I don't think we need to roll around in the mud. But we need to get real and stop playing with boxing gloves on when they have out the knives. They are for gun control fine.....construct an ad that show the top crime cities in American then have a lay over with there top strictest gun control...show gun control=more rape and murder. Get personal...say X candidate wants to disarm you and make you at risk of horrendous assault and murder while he has personal guards. I mention gun control because this is a gun forum. You can do the same thing on education, finance, sanctity of life, the abusive federal regulation which are nearly as bad as William the conqueror's forest law.jmra wrote: For the most part conservatives take the moral high ground/play by the rules. We are living on borrowed time.
Do it again and again and again. Show the voters without any nuisance in terms no one can mistake the horror that the left wants to unleash on us. Don't be nice, they aren't. Don't lie, tell the WHOLE truth. Point out their lies with clarity and conviction.
As far as it being moral to do so, Jesus called the religious leaders white washed tombs with death and decay inside. He spoke the truth boldly. We must as well.

Yep no where to go but down. It seems everyone is just holding their breath until the next election and hoping nothing else happens all the time the left is just stacking things in their favor.mamabearCali wrote:Imagine the outrage if this was applied to any other civil right. Want to vote...get photographed, fingerprinted, and pay a tax. Want to be a journalist, get photographed, fingerprinted and pay a tax. Want to have a faith, get fingerprinted, and pay a tax. HOLY COW the outrage would be rightfully great and fearsome to behold.
What a scary time we live in.

My tin foil hat has a Kevlar underlining.mojo84 wrote:Long term, the answer is at the polls. In the interim, how do we combat what the progressives are doing? The president is changing laws at his whim and the progressives in the senate are changing the rules to fit their agenda. How do we regain some semblence of balance of power and rule of law before they do figure out a way to take our guns? After the guns, other rights will be gone. My tinfoil hat is only going to provide so much protection.
