Nothing new. When working in CA in the early '80's, I went to cash a check at the bank it was drawn on. Showed the teller my Alaska DL and was told they only accept U.S. identification. After her manager got her straight, she asked me after handing me the cash, what type of currency we used in Alaska :headscratch
When I was in the Army I was stationed in Germany, I had some girl from Houston write and one of the questions she asked was "How did they celebrate Thanksgiving in Germany".

I am getting a root canal or a tooth pulled tomorrow so I will buy the coffee and just dump it out, don't think I can drink it.
