Actually, plenty of cities have specific ordinances dealing with solicitors of this type. Here, they're required to have a permit and nametags displayed at all times while soliciting, and the PD does enforce this pretty strictly because of the potential for fraud and occasionally, robbery.JayCee wrote:I saw a couple of guys working that 'hustle' the other day.
