I've seen what a feral hog can do to a C-series Dodge truck. It was about $2k worth of damage including offroad tires that looked like they'd been stabbed with railroad spikes. Good outcome though, since it never got to the 6'4" roughneck standing on the roof screaming and throwing everything he could find at it.

Judging from some of the stories floating around, the well-trained, physically fit security detail might not be able to keep up.

More likely, though, he just likes to work up a sweat alone. Physical exertion helps clear the mind, and I'd think he'd value some time to do that every morning.
