Actually, best revolver lock I've found; swing the cylinder out, cuff it through the frame. Optionally, cuff it to something secure.parabelum wrote:Yea, don't be a mall ninja...leave the handcuffs for other...occasions...

About $13 on Amazon for a Bluetooth reader and $5 for the app that tells you what the most likely cause is.nightmare69 wrote:I know how costly it can be when they check engine light comes on.
Reset it as you pull in for the inspection, and hope they get done before the light comes back on.

Maybe you should stop being dependent on "losers," then. You think someone with a good education is going to unclog your toilet, mow your lawn or stock the shelves at the grocery store?Abraham wrote:Walk, lardo...or get a junky bike or a better job or an education loser.

Re: Sb1588 to eliminate most vehicle inspections
Same was true when I lived in Maryland. I had a car that I blew the engine on so I stopped paying the insurance. Sheriff showed up on a Saturday morning to collect the plates. I was young and a bit foolish and the time, so I was just happy he wasn't their to collect me! Last beater I had blew the e...

Re: Sb1588 to eliminate most vehicle inspections
IIRC, some eastern state has optional inspections; if you're current, any equipment failure is an automatic no-cost fix-it ticket. Shows you make a reasonable effort to keep the car roadworthy. Illegal equipment, or failures without a current inspection are officer's discretion. IME, most of the car...

Re: Lubricant in the barrel of a revolver?
It looks like most folks agree that it's OK to put some oil in the bore of your handgun after you clean it. But, do you have to remove it before you fire the gun again? I would assume that most "clean the bore before firing" type advice is given in case you're the type to do a full Cosmol...

Re: Texas poised to pass 'Sanctuary City' ban with jail penalty
Be careful what you wish for. It wasn't very long ago that I was VERY happy to see sheriffs standing up to the feds and saying "I will NOT enforce any federal law which violates my constituent's 2nd amendment rights , and will defend their right to keep and bear arms". I don't think you c...

Generally, the point where I can no longer afford it.
Being poor, that tends to happen well before the price gets unreasonable.
I am looking for a good $3 1911, though, if anyone's selling.

Re: Ft Worth Enforcing Ammo Ban at Will Rodgers
I can skip it and spend my time drafting letters to the AG, State Senators, and local City officials. And exhibitors at the shows. Shouldn't be that hard to get a list. Bonus if you include receipts for stuff they sell that you bought around that time from their competitors who weren't at the show....

6. Most cops wonder why so many members of the community choose to pick up a mobile phone and record them while the officers are rolling in the dirt with an assailant rather than offering to help the officer. Because too many like Jonathan Aledda are protected by the others. Hang those out to dry a...

With this in mind - I bought a used car that has all the windows tinted - light tint on the front 2, dark tint on all behind the driver (SUV). I always turn on the dome lights if stopped at night, but in daylight you can't see inside. Should I roll the back windows down (as well as the front) befor...

Heck, I still get nothing but dirty looks asking game wardens which county to tag in if I shoot a deer across a county line, or shoot it on my side and it runs across before dying.
