This is complete frustration all over again, especially considering this is a renewal.
Mailed renewal packet on 2/29
As of 3/27, still awaiting materials.
I have called and their 'help line' stated that it should take up to 6 weeks to process applications. Not very helpful.

Re: Carrying at Church
I could not help but notice your location is College Station. I was born and raised here and currently hanging out with the "roommates" (parents) before starting grad school. What church did you go to? Was it in College Station? Today, I carried in Church this for the first time in my life...

Re: Thousand dollar safe opened in under 2 minutes. VIDEO
Picture 028.jpg I couldn't agree more with attaching the safe to the ground or wall. I bought a safe in college to deter any friends during a party of would be burglar from snatching any firearms I had. I went to Baylor, and Waco has its share of criminals that hang around the neighborhood. Having ...

Re: Special Session???
A little side note of what some people may do because they are forced to pay for non-working people. I was listening to talk radio on the way back from Austin the other morning and a caller called in about the bill. He said the company he works for pays on average $3100/month for healthcare for the...

Re: Special Session???
Do you think Switzerland has the same factors dragging down their healthcare system that the U.S. does? Do you think they have the same ratio of tax payers to tax moochers we do? What is their population, about 800? care to post the Tax Payers to Moochers Ratio in America? Here is some information:...

Re: Show & Tell - What is the latest handgun that you've bou
Last week I sucked it up and bought the S&W 340PD instead of the 442. Wow, what a gun. A .357 out of a 11 ounce gun is quite a deal. Recoil is not that bad with .38's. When I was at my ranch last weekend I shot easily 50 rounds of .38's after 300+ of 9mm and 45 and it was not a problem. The onl...

Re: Present CHL when not the driver
I'm a little contrarian when it comes to civil rights, so if I was a passenger, I would resist showing any ID; none is required to be a passenger, and this is not a "papers please!" state. Unless you're under arrest, you have no legal obligation to identify yourself in any way. Of course ...

Present CHL when not the driver
Hey guys, I was visiting my girlfriend in Austin a couple of weeks ago and had a random question pop into my head. I couldn't remember an answer to this so I thought what better place than to ask the knowledgeable forum. If I am the passenger in her car and she gets stopped for, say a speeding ticke...

Re: MTAC Rubbing
Briefs run to far up my leg after sitting, so thats no bueno. I have done the t-shirt and it does work pretty well. I just haven't worn a t-shirt under any shirt in a very long time. When I posted originally, I had only worn my 1911 for a day or two, but around yesterday it started to feel better an...

Its not really that much. Keys, chapstick, benchmade in front left pocket. Phone is int eh front righ...

MTAC Rubbing
Hey guys, I have searched on this forum and on other search engines trying to find this answer. So I come to this community for their expertise. I have a MTAC iwb that was originally used to carry my xd-sc carried at the 3:00 slot. The screws were at the bottom holes of the clips. I loved it and did...
