Finally got my Plastic. Now I just need to find time to hit the local Wally world.

Not like it matters now, but I still have not received my detailed letter from July 3rd.

I am just waiting for plastic now.

oh and I only get to enjoy my CHL for a few months. I am leaving for Osan AB Korea in May 2010. then hopefully to Alaska after that. Where I can CC or OC all I want with no license. Hopefully by the time I get back to this great state it will be OC as well.

Okay, I have to vent.

I sent my info in on Jan 14th. July 3rd I get the incomplete notice when I check on line (6 months...are we serious). it says "Detailed letter sent". I call that day, and they tell me I need 2 forms of proof that I am in the military. Mail that on the 5th of July. I still have not seen the "detailed Letter" I have called about it 4 times and still no letter or status update.

I called friday and Erika tells me I can fax the stuff in and get updated quicker. I did that today and my status has not updated, but I am for some reason hopeful. I think it is ignorance mixed with wishing, that makes me think I might get my CHL before I reach the 200+ mark.

And as a side note, IF you call the people up there and ask what military members need to send, they tell you front and back of ID. then after you submitt everything they say they need more.

Well rant over.

Today is day 160 Seriously 100 days late. What gives.

Well I just received my texas state vehicle registration form a few days ago. I am considering processing it in the same manner my CHL is being processed. I bet I would get in all sorts of trouble. That is just not right at all. over 100 days and still waiting

WOW, I sent my information in Jan 12th, I have had no problems as far as missing paperwork or bad fingerprints, and I am still waiting. I have called and they always say, everything looks fine, there is no problems with your app, you should have it by the end of the week. that was 4 weeks ago

Well I took my class on Jan 10 and sent the package in with in that week and stil have no plastic. Still processing.
