I think complacency might be the main reason with most "average" citizens.seamusTX wrote:It's human nature to become alarmed about an immediate threat and then gradually return to a state of complacency. I have a brother in-law that got his CHL a few years back mostly on a whim. At first he mainly carried in his car.
Gradually he stopped carrying all together and I'm betting he won't even renew it this time around.
Y'all ain't gotta worry bout me tho....I can't imagine daily life without my sidearm with me at all times.
