I'm all about supporting local businesses. and here's a good example...iratollah wrote:While Collectors gun prices are on the high side, you are not paying a significant premium for smaller ticket items like their holsters vs. online. There is value in having a local source where you can actually see and feel the merchandise. Once you add in shipping from online, you're only paying a few bucks more for the holster from the local merchant. I believe in supporting our local merchants and discourage the 'check it out at the local guy who is shelling out his own dough to stock inventory for you to touch and then send your business out of state.'USA1 wrote:Collectors has a huge selection of quality holsters.chepo06 wrote:you might wanna try collectors firearms
If you want to save money, go to Collectors to browse for the one you like, then search on-line for that holster.
E-Bay is a good resource.
...Springfield XD40sc
Collectors Firearms- $539.95
Tomball Pawn -------$459.95
Savings----------------$80.00
I just supported the local business with the fairest price.
As for the holsters..Yeah, they have a great selection and in my earlier post
you'll see that I did purchase from Collectors, but when you can find the same holster
for almost half the price, I see nothing wrong with trying to save hard earned money.
