yep , just put a 9mm bullet next to a ..45acp bullet . that .45 is a big ole hunka lead .

Taurus Mill Pro PT145 with nearly 8 or 9 hundred rounds so far ,
one time at the range i had a FTF .

i'm thinking it was due to a combination of a little limp wrist and the feed ramp dirty from about 100 rounds .
i have been back since and had no problems .

i voted minor problem due to the one incident .
