Re: New Taurus PT709 9mm
to be honest , i wasn't happy with it until i did a little surgery on it .YabuUS wrote: So is it as comfortable as they claim?
after that its very comfortable . i think letting it "break in" had a lot to do with it also .
its a little stiff out of the box .
overall , i like it . but one day i aspire to own a Crossbread Super Tuck .

Re: New Taurus PT709 9mm
i believe they do .tateb24 wrote:As soon as Taurus makes a .380 ACP, I will be all over it. I think Taurus is an excellent brand and this gun looks like it might have to be my next purchase. I don't know why I had to open this thread. I thought I had all the guns I wanted...darn it..
here's a snipit from their website .
The Model 58 is truly a sized-down 92 in every aspect - but in .380 ACP caliber. A mere 18.7 ounces, the 58 features a 3.25-inch barrel and an impressive 19+1 round capacity, combined with the hammer-forged steel slide and forged ordnance grade alloy frame with three-position frame-mounted ambidextrous safety that allows for a classic SA "cocked-and-locked" mode, as well as functioning as a DA decocking lever.
