Just watch the first 10-20 minutes. With the exception of the introductory 5 minutes their most powerful information is very much front loaded.

The video is very easy to watch so I would recommend doing that. The beginning cliff notes are that what is now the agenda of the left is the mid product of new communist strategy of the 1960s on.

Basically they decided to stop trying to bring about a revolution (since it was not working) and change us from within by taking over and co-opting traditional cultural bastions of judo-Christianity).

They decided to push and promote certain niche movements that they could use to further their agenda:

examples "the green movement" was promoted because communist thought that it was the only way to pass enough legislation to choke the capitalist economy. The feminist movement was pushed (and in fact created) to help break up traditional family structure that was an impassable barrier to communism.

Another of their points is that most of the people on the left are not communist but are useful dupes (or as Lenin famously said useful idiots) to the communist case. In fact they have been so successful because they have been able to co-opt somewhat respectable people under their various guises that further the communist agenda.

This is perhaps the best video documentary on the agenda of the left over the last 50+ years:
