Thanks y'all. Hopefully somebody knows if it posted or not.
I agree. This place is a lot of fun. This will be my fourth visit. First one was at the one in Kissimee, Florida near Orlando. I had my son "knighted" at the Dallas one on our second visit for his 11th birthday.

Medieval Times in Dallas
I have a day trip to Dallas this week and have tickets to the Medieval Times restaurant in town. Does anyone know if it is OK to carry there or will I have to leave my pistol in the truck? I checked http://www.texas3006.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; and no mention of M...

Re: Holster Belts
I recently received a gun belt I had ordered from http://www.dmbullardleather.com/ and it is one I would recommend. I had one of those Liger gun belts before and the Bullard gun belt does a way better job distributing the weight of my XD-40 SC.

Re: Man shot 32 times before dying
I've read similar stories of would be robbers getting shot a dozen times with non-JHP ball rounds and running off for a block or two. I wonder if that was the type of ammunition used. The article doesn't get that specific.

Re: March 2009 Applications

I just checkwed my mailbox today and my plastic finally came! :woohoo I sort of thought it would be laminated b...

Re: March 2009 Applications
Thanks rawb and joe! I am really hoping I get my plastic in the mail before I leave for a trip to South Texas the day after Labor Day. As for the wally walk, will likely do one of them, too. Not too keen on eating their nachos or using their commode though. Is the reason they are in that order is on...

My application was received on March 31 and I received my pin on May 21. I hope the rest of you ...

Using public restrooms while carrying
Alright, I am hoping I receive my CHL soon as I am approaching 90 days and so I now have a couple of holsters (an IWB and OWB) to carry my Springfield Armory XD-40 Sub-compact. I have been carrying it around the house to get used to it. I also have a good, stiff gun belt. So far so good. The OWB is ...

Re: Introduce yourself
Howdy, Found this site after I took the CHL class but before I sent in my paperwork. This site helped in making sure I had everything I needed before I sent in the paperwork which was a week ago so I know I have a few months to go. I qualified on the range with my XD 40 service but soon will be chec...
