I like that idea, and think that would be very effective. First off, welcome back! Second, supporting other states might be a daunting task, so I would start off with Texas only, but with the prospect of adding other states in some sort of fashion in the future (that's why they pay you DBA's big bucks, right! ). As well, perhaps a site like packing.org might have some information on the other states that might help you with your planning phase.
