I was also told this 14-21 day stuff. Peoples status' change everyday and people get the plastic EVERYDAY. I was told their computer network was down today... guess Ike came back through Texas undetected and landed directly on the CHL office in Austin today.
They really should get together on what excuse they are giving for the day. Something like Monday is computer problem day, Tuesday is printer problem day, Wednesday is manpower shortage day, Thursday is we just don't know day, and Friday could be call us back on Monday day. At least they would be consistent.
I am going to personally email them this tomorrow and kindly ask that they follow the bull excuse for the day table...PRICELESS
I read someone was told their application was complete but they were having printing problems so not to expect anything for 14 to 21 days. I then read today someone who sent in a change of address for his CHL 10 days ago and guess what he got back already.... kinda makes the printer excuse a little hard to swallow unless the change of address CHL was completed with white out.
