as of toady i have spoken to reps from everyone except usaa and progressive
farmers cam close as only 200 more per term than my new bill from farm bureau

funny thing the farmers guy mentioned when i asked why the automatice emergency braking, lane centering, evasive steering and stop and go cruise does not warrant big discounts
he said insurance companies are not factoring in NEW safety equipment yet as there is not enough data??? really we have had this stuff for over ten years and it keeps getting better

just got a call back from a liberty mutual guy
will not insure my class A motorhome, but will do the 2 vehicles and house for 4170 and some change per year...I almost lost my lunch laughing
he said that was a great rate for a bundle of house and two cars...i think he was deranged
My Motorhome insurance is only $46.00 per month through Progressive.
not being rude, but whats the value of the motorhome and is this full coverage?
Good point... Full coverage including towing, etc.. I think we insured it for 65K. I'm sure your class A would be more. It was a 2019 Winnebago we bought in 2020. Used with 30k miles. Couldn't pass it up as the new models were hitting 120K...
thank you
yes a good bit of difference and yes thats a good deal .
new ones are crazy, we looked at replacing ours this past year. but for what you get vs price and what we have ..it made sense to keep ours
its keeping its value pretty well.

auto insurance rate hikes

I have to be a bit on the yell side
my auto policy covers 3 vehicles and is april to oct, then oct to april
for life of me i do not understand why only 6 month policies are only option

any way we have FB farm bureau and have since 2009 they always beat everyone in price and service

today i got my preliminary renewal statement
1737 up from 1468 last term WHAT The wholly chicken feathers?
we have no wrecks, tickets and drive less than 10k miles per year on each vehicle and all are garaged .
i was told car parts prices, tech in cars and of course the old stand by wildlife claims and THEFT and the big kick UNINSURED motorists

which brings to start tossing folks in jail for no insurance , but that is a whole different topic

so i ask if anyone else is seeing such a large increase from last oct to now?
thanks
