i imagine deductible apply for device, not sure which insurance will cover it. tricare said no, but VA said yes, so medicare should follow as its all government

pain probes take a few days of everyday to see actual relief and the ear clip brain things turn on the drain and let all the bull of the day or ever seem to go elsewhere.
you have to try to see the results, 1st times is everyday for 2 weeks then you do it once or twice a week, or you can use it everyday and no limit to how many times per day for pain . recommended once per day for the brain stimulation part, 1st few times it makes you feel like your on a boat and sort of have sea legs, then they turn down the power and it is pretty much unnoticeable
