bio weapons are a scary issue. look what china did to the world, probably with US funding or ?
could we have stopped iraqi jihadist with chicken pox, no body there was immunized ?

i would suspect every nation has some sort of bio weapons lab or research...we as humans are a weird bunch

syria = all the fighting age men LEFT their country . begging rest of world to take them in..that turned out well for france and germany

Ukraine= fighting age men and women are staying behind to fight for their country

race is not a factor...patriotism and desire to keep your country IS.

i had to go to odessa ukraine in 2000 for a business trip (navy)
they were in the midst of being a full fledged democracy of sorts,
i feel for the people i met there, i was moved. But they had a long long row to hoe .

i fear if ukraine falls to again be under russia, then poland or romania are not far behind
