I see you are a Katy resident. So am I. Have you ever thought about shooting IDPA. There is a club (WHIDPA) that has weekly and a monthly match at a private range about 15 miles north of Brookshire. If you are interested, check out their web sight http://www.whidpa.com I noticed the new sign when I was at Autozone and at first thought they were just advertsing for the original location. Then I drove by the building in the back and could see that a lot of contruction was going on inside. I hope they are able to put it all together. Its about time Katy had a nice indoor range. It looks like they will have enough bays and facilities to even pull off an indoor IDPA match from tim eto time, but it would take a club that would be interested in doing it and the cost would have to be reasonable.
