Got my timney last week. Install took about 40 mins. had alittle trouble with bolt lock spring but once I figure it out the bolt release was easy to adjust. Set at 2# went to range next day and shot one of my groups with pet load. Awsome triggers. I agree. having done it 15 to 20 min.

I checked it today and it was going from 2 1/4 to almost 2 3/4# . never had any trouble with it but I now realize why I had to pull a little harder at time s. It passed the butt slam test but I didn't really slam it on the floor. No worries now Timney on the way.

I have .308 tactical SPS with the Rem. police stock I got from a friend cheap. Its made by HS Precision with the full length aluminum bedding block. I t now has the XMP trigger set to around 2 1/2#. doesn't break consistently there. So the recall got me ordering Timney trigger ,,which is what I've been wating to do. Trigger is on it's way.
