Re: Unlicensed wife and school pickup

Thanks again for the info Keith. It was very helpful and to the point. It seems that the places you can exercise your 2A rights have been infringed upon to the point there are not many places you can exercise them anymore. My wife cannot protect herself to and from work because she may have to stop ...

Re: Unlicensed wife and school pickup

Thanks Keith.

Am I legal to carry my Remington 870 tactical shotgun with my CHL at the school? I always disarm when picking up my children.

My question is, on the days she has to pick up the kids from school, is she legal to leave her concealed...

Re: ACHTUNG!

I do not believe this man can give a speech without an agenda.

My 2 children will either be allowed to sit during on the speech or be absent that day.

Re: Carrying at an INS checkpoint

I am no lawyer, but weren't you in Texas? I would think you should be safe. The checkpoint at Mexico would be the one I would worry about.

Re: Carrying in a public daycare?

In no way an expert, but do they have any sort of accreditation? Does their policy/handbook mention anything? As far as I know there is no accreditation. This is a private business that is owned by a woman and her husband. There are school aged children in the building awaiting pick-up from their pa...

Carrying in a public daycare?

My daughter is 4 and goes daily to daycare. It is not a public school. It is a private daycare that I pay to watch her. It is not affiliated with the school district in any way. There are no postings. I have not found anything that specifically prohibits carrying in a daycare. Is it legal to carry t...
