Some time ago on the board, someone mentioned that an organization called something like "Texas Hospitals Association" or some similar umbrella name, recommended that all Texas hospitals post both 30.06 and 30.07 as part of "best practices". All Texas hospitals seem to adhere to this practice.

As far as non-hospital medical sites, YMMV, as noted above.
