The above article details the double murder of 2 brothers, 21 and 23 years old, by a 27 year old man.
This happened at a "4 beers for a dollar" biker bar in St. Cloud, Osceola County, Florida (close to Disney World).
The 3 men had all gone to St. Cloud High School. They fought in the bar, were kicked out, and then fought again
in the parking lot. The 27 year old left in his vehicle for 20 minutes, then returned to the bar.
The 3 fought again. At this point the 27 year old produced a .40 Glock and opened up on the brothers. They fell
wounded, then he stood over them and finished them off until his gun was empty. Police recovered 13 shell casings.
The dead men's mother had also gone to the bar with them, and as she stood over her dying sons, the shooter
asked if "she wanted some too".
Patrons of the bar then disarmed him and beat him severely before police arrived to arrest him for double murder.
Jason Clair, the shooter, is now claiming to be in the right due to Florida's "Stand Your Ground" law.
This is ridiculous. He simply murdered the brothers who beat him in a bar fight, after leaving the scene
for 20 minutes.

The above link is only 38 seconds long and shows the 2 families (shooter and victims') brawling at the Kissimme, FL
courthouse. Multiple men ganged up on the man in the black suit and the man in the red shirt was taken away
by KFD to the hospital to check out a possible broken jaw. The men arrested were father/stepfather of the
victims/shooter.
The Zimmerman/Travon Martin does have a potentially accurate defense under "Stand Your Ground", but the Jason
Clair case does not.
The "Guardian" newspaper had another long text story about the crime that included pix of the dead brothers (while alive)
and of Jason Clair's mugshot, but unfortunately it seems to have been deleted in the short time I've been composing
this OP.
