The 43 year old man who got shot had been arrested for sexual assault of a woman who attended
a party at his home a few years back. He was eventually "no billed" by the Grand Jury and was never
tried for the alleged crime.

The 26 year old man was related to the woman in question, and had a bee in his bonnet against the
musician. The shooter felt like the musician had not faced justice for his alleged crime.
That's why the shooter went after him.

A Sanger man, 26, attempted to murder a 43 year old Denton musician as the result of a long-simmering
dispute. The BG used a handgun (brand/model/caliber unknown) and fired 3 rounds at the musician.

2 rounds missed. The one that hit the homeowner entered one side of his chest, transited all the way through
his chest without hitting anything vital, exited his chest, and lodged in his arm. Wow!
