A 40 year old man had a fight with his girlfriend at the St. Johns County library in St. Augustine, Florida.

He laid a bunch of reverse donuts in the parking lot, abandoned the vehicle, and ran on foot to a nearby
home. A family of 4 was loading up their black Toyota Tacoma to go to the beach.

The out of control BG attempted to steal the truck with an adult woman and 2 children in it.
The BG then fought with a family member, and was choking the GG.

The choking victim's adult son came to his dad's rescue and shot the attacker once in the head. BG died. End of story.

No charges filed, or expected to be filed.
