Video proof that a leg wound constitutes deadly force.

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hCPb0wIFdcw

The above video is 1 minute, 21 seconds long, and is of a graphic nature. This video would best be viewed
by parents, but not young children.

The 18 year old Pakistani man in the video was allegedly in possession of a <real? toy?>
Beretta FS92 clone. The Pakistani LEO's believed that he was a terrorist.

The Pakistani security forces, instead of arresting him, summarily executed him with 2 rounds.
One round went through his hand, the other was in his thigh. He was eventually taken to the
hosptial, but bled out, and died.

The security force member who shot him was reported to have used an H & K G3 rifle, chambered
in 7.62 MM (.308).

Sometimes mothers of BG's who have been shot and killed by LEO's plead "Why couldn't they have just shot him
in the leg instead of killing him?"

Members of the public who are not aware of self defense issues, and the use of firerarms, may ask the same question.

This video is proof that a leg shot is still "deadly force" - using a gun on anyone is not the same as using a taser.
Death is a highly likely outcome.
