In Fort Worth a few years ago, the same thing happened where some gangbangers saw deaf people
signing and attacked them.

Gallaudet University is a university for the deaf, located in Washington, DC. IIRC, 2 of their students
were murdered in their dorm rooms. The school was terrified that some outsider had entered their
world and committed the murders. As it turned out, the murderer was a fellow student who preyed
upon his fellow students, using the knowledge of their physical problems to commit murder. Sheesh.
